Lake of the Ozarks Homes Closed in September

In September 2008 there were 98 homes closed in the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors The Average price was $252,215 and the average Days on the Market was 121. How does that compare with 2007. Well good and bad. In September of 2007 there were 152 homes

Lake of the Ozarks Condo Sales 2006 compared to 2007

As you can see, the condominium market at Lake of the Ozarks has not been stellar in 2007, but it has not been a disaster either. If staged and priced properly, units still sell. And as always, the ones that show the best and beat the competition in price
