What a Killer month we had in October. We are up 61% in volume over last October!
Listings sold were up 50% and Sales 44%
over last October.
This is the fifth
month that we have made improvements over last year. From January through June we were 50% behind 2008. Since then, we have lessened that deficit to
15% at the end of October. November is
looking really good also. Last November
we closed 22 transactions. Right now we
have 46 pending contracts for November.
Good things are happening.
I believe that we
can finish 2009 as good or better than 2008.
The way the year started, I would have never thought that could happen.
Now think about this: RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks Market Share for October was 40.14% overall and 58.5% of the
volume. This is awesome!
