Market Update on Waterfront Homes; How bad is it?
Along with the Lake area expanding, the Real Estate Market also has acquired its fair share of improvements!
Just in this past month, 39 waterfront homes have sold!
Although, last year from June to July, 88 waterfront homes sold; so the market is a bit down, but look on the bright side:
- Interest rates are still near record lows, and as you can see, inventories are high which makes the selection great!
