Wait 5 Minutes. It Will Change

When I went to the office this morning it was a balmy 63 degrees. This was at 8:30 am. It is now 4:00 pm and it is snowing so hard everyone is going home! It has dropped 40 degrees in the last 3 hours! Only in Missouri!

Lake of the Ozarks Condo Sales 2006 compared to 2007
